Strategic partnership between the integrator Keyrus, an institutional fund very involved in insurance companies, and the technology solutions provider Black Tiger.
Technology solutions provider and personal data expert Black Tiger has announced a €3 million capital increase from two players, one institutional and the other specialising in the integration of innovative technology solutions, Keyrus. This capital increase confirms the publisher's innovative positioning.
Black Tiger is the publisher of the Personal Data Platform 2i, a solution that deals with all the problems associated with personal data from end to end. By standardising, simplifying and industrialising the use of personal data, 2i makes it possible to implement a much more personal approach to customer relations for all the professions concerned.
The platform deploys its own services or uses the managed services provided by Cloud Providers to feed the company's various business applications. One of the main advantages of 2i is to take advantage of the latest technological innovations to benefit from unlimited adaptability in the use of data by the business.
Black Tiger's solution can be deployed in any type of infrastructure that the customer has (private cloud, public cloud and on-premise).
Technological innovations make 2i the best vector for the development of companies' "Data assets".
The customer-centric data models that 2i implements for its customers guarantee the advantages of a platform dedicated to the exploitation of personal data throughout the information life cycle:
- Flawless data quality;
- The unification of all company data around the personal data;
- The implementation of a 360° view of the individual (customers, prospects, etc.);
- Centralized and unique data governance in the company;
- Easy and quick adaptability to changes in the customer context;
- Control of the client's deadlines and costs in the implementation of the solution.
A conviction since 2014: the ethical exploitation of data, because it is indeed the responsibility of technology publishers:
Black Tiger has equipped its 2i solution with a module for compliance with the European regulation on the exploitation of personal data, which has been the subject of several presentations to the CNIL, most recently in February 2020. The platform is natively compliant, as required by Article 25 of the GDPR "Data protection by design and data protection by default".
By signing with Keyrus, Black Tiger is giving itself the means to accelerate its growth by focusing on the complementarity of its activities and the pooling of its client portfolios. In fact, Keyrus has become one of the key integrators of the Personal Data Platform.
Keyrus chose the 2i solution after a rigorous evaluation that met the group's requirements in terms of security, performance, regulatory compliance and technical expertise.
The association of the two players brings to the market a very strong technological expertise in data and a recognised customer support. Black Tiger's institutional partner gives it a position of financial sustainability.
